Cuttack,04/04: OCA Club League 2026 concluded successfully today at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack. The tournament was played in the One-Day format (50 overs) and featured a total of 47 matches.
A total of 20 affiliated clubs of OCA participated in the Preliminary League stage, divided into four (4) groups. After
completion of the group league phase, the top two teams from each group, advanced to the Knockout stage, comprising eight (8) teams.
Following the Quarter-finals and Semi-finals, the Final Match was played between Rising Student’s Club and Biswa
Bharati Cricket Club. In the Final, Rising Student’s Club defeated Biswa Bharati Cricket Club by 4 wickets to become the
Champions of the tournament, while Biswa Bharati Cricket Club finished as the Runners-up.
The Champion team, Rising Student’s Club, was awarded a prize money of ₹5,00,000, while the Runners-up team, Biswa Bharati Cricket Club,received a prize money of ₹3,00,000.
T Raviteja was awarded the Player of the Final for his outstanding all-round performance, scoring 47 of 36 balls and
picking up 1 wicket for 43 runs. Received a prize money of Rs. 10,ooo/-. Soumya R Biswal was awarded the Player of the Series for his outstanding all-round performance throughout the tournament. Received a prize money of Rs. 25,ooo/- The Closing Ceremony was held at Barabati Stadium in the esteemed presence of Chief Guest Asirbad Behera,
Secretary, FAO and Chairman OAA and Guests of Honour Binod Dash, Secretary, Odisha Amateur Rowing and Sculling Association; Avijit Paul, Secretary, OOA; and Pratap Chandra Pradhan, MLA Angul.T he ceremony was also attended by the Office Bearers of OCA, including Pankaj Lochan Mohanty, President, Sanjay Behera, Secretary and Bikash Pradhan, Treasurer. Along with them distinguished members of OCA were also present.
